Story

Shyam (Sunil Shetty) comes to the city in order to take over the job of his dead father, but is confronted by Anuradha (Tabu) who wants to lay claim to the job on similar grounds. That is when Raju (Akshay Kumar), a trickster, comes in. He manages to get an NOC from Shyam and Anuradha lands the job with his help. Sunil, sad at not getting the job, lands up working in Paresh Rawal's garage. Unfortunately for him, Raju too stays there and they end up always bickering at each other. Their lives take a different turn when Kabira (Gulshan Grover) calls them up by mistake to demand a ransom for the child he has kidnapped.
