Story

Jyoti (Juhi Chawla) belongs to middle-class family and falls in love with an orphan named Prakash. Jyoti's mother wants her to get married to a wealthy family and searches for a suitable groom City advocate Vijay sees Jyoti one day and instantly falls in love with her.
