Story

The CBI learn from a witness a conspiracy to asassinate the Prime Minister, Rajwansh Shashtri (Girish Karnad). The witness tells them that there are four main people involved in this conspiracy. CBI head Vikram Dutt (Kulbhushan Kharbanda) assigns officer Dev Malhotra (Sunil Shetty) to the case. When Dev kills one of the four guys in the conspiracy, he learns that the whole conspiracy began in Ootie. So he goes to Ootie disguised as a school teacher (here is where they copied Kindergarten Cop a little bit) and there he meets another CBI officer in disguise, her name is Komal (Shilpa Shetty). The principal of the school that Dev teaches in is Mahendra Pratap Gujral (Suresh Oberoi). M.P.
