Story

The story is about Ajay (Ajay Devgan) & Raj (Akshay Kumar) who are best friends studying in the same college. Pooja (Karisma Kapoor) & Madhu (Nagma) are their respective girlfriends. Raj is from a rich family. He stays with his uncle (Gufi Paintal) as his father (Dalip Tahil) lives in another town. Ajay Sharma was born on 2 April 1968 and lives in Bombay with his widowed mother Asha (Aruna Irani). Raj treats Ajay?s mother as his own mother & they share a brotherly relationship.
